Most grounds contracts are decided over the winter, months before the first cut of the year. If your current arrangement is not working, or your board is putting the grounds out to bid for next year, winter is when that conversation needs to happen.
We will walk the property, put a written scope and price in front of you, and you will know exactly what is and is not included. No vague as needed language, because that is where disputes between boards and contractors start.
Irrigation installation, hardscaping, tree removal and snow removal are outside what we take on. If your property needs those we will say so up front rather than quote work we should not be doing.
