Weekly mowing, edging and trimming on one monthly plan. Built for your property, not a package off a shelf.
Our full-service plan averages $250 a month and is built around your property rather than sold as a fixed tier. Larger lots and heavier tree cover cost more; smaller, open yards cost less. You get a price for your yard before anything starts.
The rule of thumb for healthy turf is to never remove more than a third of the blade in one cut. In a Carolina May, grass can outrun a two-week gap easily, which forces a scalping cut that stresses the plant, leaves clumps of wet clippings on the surface and opens the door to weeds.
Weekly service in the growing season is not an upsell. It is the difference between cutting grass and maintaining turf.
North Carolina sits in the transition zone, which means both cool-season and warm-season grasses grow here and they want opposite things.
Tall fescue is cut high, around three to four inches, and holds its colour through winter. Bermuda and zoysia are cut much shorter, go dormant and turn brown once the cold sets in, and that brown is not a problem to be fixed. Knowing which one you have changes the mowing height, the feeding schedule and when it is worth seeding.
If you are not happy with your first month of service, you get 100% of that payment back. No argument and no paperwork. We would rather refund a month than have someone stuck paying for work they do not rate.
We serve Clayton, Garner, Smithfield, Archer Lodge, Willow Spring, Wendell, Angier and Knightdale.
