Weekly mowing, seasonal cleanups and full-service maintenance for Wendell and the surrounding Wake County area.
Wendell is north of us in Wake County, an easy reach from Clayton. It is a small town that has grown a lot in recent years without losing its older core.
The established streets around the middle of Wendell have the mature landscaping, big trees and heavy autumn leaf load you would expect of a town that has been there a long time. The newer development around the edges is the opposite: young lawns, thin topsoil, and beds that have not filled in yet.
Both are straightforward work as long as you treat them as different jobs, which is mostly a matter of mowing height, feeding schedule and being honest about what shade will and will not support.
Most customers take the lot as one full-service monthly plan, which averages $250 a month and is priced on your actual property. One-time work such as a fall cleanup can be booked on its own with no monthly commitment.
Leaves in the older parts of Wendell come down heavily from late October into December. Booking before the first big drop is the difference between a scheduled visit and joining a queue, because once it starts, everybody calls in the same fortnight.
Owner Chase Mitchiner and his own crews. Not a subcontractor and not a different truck every week. Every Wendell property is on a set schedule, and if something is not right you have the owner’s mobile number rather than a ticket system.
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any monthly plan. If you do not rate the work, you get the month back.
